Pro-Log
| Pro-Log
is a hand held torque and angle display instrument and data collector.
It will accept input from most strain gauge type transducers and 2
channel quadrature angle encoders. When used with Norbar's 'smart' range
of transducers simply connecting the transducer will automatically
condition the ProLog for use with the particular transducer. |
|
Ergonomic, lightweight and robust design is comfortable to hand hold and
has mounting points for a neck strap (supplied).
Integral rechargeable nickel metal hydride battery gives 16 hours plus
of use for each charge.
Supplied with universal charger/power supply. Pro-Log can be operated
from the charger/power supply when the batteries are being charged
giving zero down time.
Menu driven operation and set up with full control from the integral
alphanumeric keypad.
Modes of operation for track, peak, first peak and first peak with
highest peak also displayed.
Specific modes of operation for testing all types of torque wrenches and
power tools.
User selectable frequency response from 100 Hz to 6000 Hz.

Pro-Log
Stores up to 10,000 data readings in user definable blocks. Each reading
is stored with units of measurement, go/no go status, date and time.
The data store is split into 100 blocks. Each block has a header
containing such information as block size, name, number, tool type,
transducer details, operators details.
on board statistical analysis of data in each block.
RS232 serial data output of reading, data store including header
information and statistical results.
Dual display for torque and angle, torque followed by angle, or torque
and speed.
All common units of measurement for torque, load and pressure.
Go/No Go limits for torque/load/pressure and angle. Limit status is
displayed, stored against each reading and there are logic outputs for
control of external equipment.
Supplied complete with power supply neck strap and carry case.
Note:
Transducer leads not included. See below for details.

Transducer
Leads
Pro-Log's
compact size has made it necessary to use a high quality "Lemo"
connector for the transducer leads.
Also,
the introduction of angle measurement and 'smart' ability on
Norbar's
Rotary transducers has necessitated the use of a 10 Way military
connector.
This
means that a range of transducer leads are necessary to connect all
combinations of Norbar Instrument and transducer.
The
Part Code suffix indicates the length of the cable, ie. .225 is 225cm
(2.25m). Other cable lengths available on request. Please use suffix to
indicate required length (preferably in whole meter increments).
